SCRIPTING HANDS

Hey, The part is for all script writers. You can upload script parts that you want comments on or just ideas let the other bloggers help in coming up with the script. i am uploading a script for the fun film "Ring Tone". lets get talking and lets share what you think about this script

INT. small room. 1

A poorly light room with dirty but not so visible walls. A fainted man is tied to a chair.

Blured eye vision (leveled to a man tied to a chair) of a man standing in front. As the vision becomes strong,a slap on the face of the tied man;...

Cut.

Slap on the face of the tied man.

Big boss

Where is the money

(screaming angrily at the tied man)

cut. face close up

tied man

I don't know (sob)

Cut. side shot

BIG BOSS

ho, so now you don't know. I think this will remind you....

Big punch on the right right cheek. Just as he is about to punch him again

TIED MAN

stop Please, i swear, i don't know (sobs)

Cell phone rings indistinctly, through the door. The Big Boss is walking around the tied man fixing his punch.

cut. face close up

Tied guy listens attentively to the ringing phone.

Another punch on the face.

TIED MAN

please stop, stop, wait. I think i remember something.

(Talking in pain and fear)

BIG BOSS

ho, now you remember,

(facing his back on the tied man)

just tell me where my money is!!

(shouting on the tied man's face then pushing him to the ground alone with the chair he is tied to)

TIED MAN

please, that phone

(still in pain and frightened)

BIG BOSS

What phone?

TIED MAN

that phone

BIG BOSS

I think am wasting my time here

(removing his gun)

TIED MAN

please, wait

(Surprised and frighted voice)

i remember hearing that tone right before i was attached.

BIG BOSS

(squatting near the tied man)

so are you selling that the owner of the ringing phone knows where my money is?

TIED MAN

I am not sure, all i know is that, the same ring tone rung at the same time i was attacked.

BIG BOSS

you better be telling the truth, coz if not....(a small lough)you will be sorry.

(walking away from the tied man laying on the floor.)

Camera still fixed on the tied man while slowly zooming out, sound of slamming door.

cut.

INT. SMALL ROOM. 2

Two men standing on the sides of the door. Door opens and the big boss walks in. He looks at both men with a suspicious look.

BIG BOSS

you two, get in here

(signaling with his head)

The two men look at each other with surprised looks and follow the big boss inside the other room.

cut.

INT. SMALL ROOM. 1

Three men walk towards the tied man laying on the floor. The big boss walks behind the two men slowly.

BIG BOSS

I have some disturbing news guys.Someone knows where my money is

The two men look at each other anxiously.

BIG BOSS

The bad news is, (point his gun straight at the two men). its one of you.

The two men stand frozen with their hands up and shaking their heads

BIG BOSS

just tell me, where my money is!!

Gun pointing at Dalitso;

Dalitso

its not me Boss (shaking his head)

Gun pointing at Chanda, He just shakes his head fear.

BIG BOSS

maybe this will help to decide who has my money (Removing his cell phone from his pocket). Chanda give me your number.

CHANDA

Boss? (surprised look)

BIG BOSS

i said, give me your number! (shouting)

CHANDA

aha, ok, 0944213564

Big boss dials the number on his phone and puts the phone to his ear while walking around. Chanda's phone rings

BIG BOSS

is that the tone? (kicking the tied man laying on the floor

The tied man just shakes his head.

BIG BOSS

Dalitso, give me your gun.

DALITSO

what! (surprised)

BIG BOSS

just give me you gun, (speaking calmly)

Dalitso removes his gun.

BIG BOSS

Chanda, get his gun.

Dalitso hands over his gun to Chanda.

BIG BOSS

now Dalitso can you please give me your number

DALITSO

hmmmm, 0944321609 (talking nervously)

Big boss dials the number and looks straight while waiting for the phone to ring. The phone rings and he turns to the tied man laying on the floor. He nods indicating that its the ring tone he heard.

BIG BOSS

(pointing a gun straight at Dalitso)i think we need to talk

DALITSO

Boss, i swear, i dont know......

BIG BOSS

(interupting)please, don't test my patience,....Chanda (signaling)

Chanda hits Dalitso in the legs to make him kneel. Big boss walks towards him and hit him with the gun butt.

He fails face down and big boss, kneels towards him and put a gun to his head.

BIG BOSS

please don't make this any more difficult, (fires his gun in the air and points back to his head cozing him to scream in pain due the hotness from the shot)i will no diffult wasting you.

DALITSO

ok, (gaps) i will talk

BIG BOSS

your time for talking has passed, all i need to hear is were my money is.

DALITSO

ok, please dont kill me, i will show you were i hid the money.

Big boss gets up kicks Dalitso in the stomach. looks at the tied man, and then looks at Chanda.

BIG BOSS

untie him, ( pointing at the tied man and then removing a cloth from his jacket pocket and throwing it at the Tied Man) clean yourself up coz you are coming with us.

Big boss turns to leave and just makes a step then turns to look back at Chanda who has just finished to untie the Tied Man.

BIG BOSS

i still dont trust you, if you try anything fun, i kill you.

the camera zooms-in to the tied man's face

fade

ext.semi thick bush. sunset

Four people are walking in the bushes, Dalitso is in front with chanda behind and pushing forward if he slows down. Chanda is followed by TM who in turn is followed by Big Boss. They reach a bit cleared area with some scattered bushes. Dalitso suddenly stops, Chanda tries to push;

DALITSO

We are here,

BIG BOSS

Ok we are here, (walking around) but i dont see my money (talking sacarsitacly)

DALITSO

i hid it somewere around here

BIG BOSS

wat are you waiting for, find it and bring to me

Dalitso starts looking around the bushes while the other three just look at him

BIG BOSS

I dont have all day, you two help him and Chanda if he is laying.....kill him

CHANDA

sure boss (happy smile)

TM kneels and looks under a thick bush and notices a black plastic bag, he pull it and find it full of K50 pins. He turns trying to say something but changes his mind

BIG BOSS

Hey TM, found something

TIED MAN

No Boss, just some leaves

He pushes the plastic bag back into the bush, and pretends to continue searching. He turns to look at were the boss was standing and he is not there, he turns to look back and Big Boss is there with his gun straight to his head.

BIG BOSS

So you thought i was stupid, what have you just pushed back in those bushes.

TIED MAN

nothing boss

BIG BOSS

i knew you were in this all along, give me my money, now....

As big boss and TM talk, Chanda loses his concentration on Dalitso and looks at Big Boss and TM. Dalitso takes this oportunity to try to get the gun from Chanda, they wrestle for the gun, punching each other but Chanda still not letting go to the gun.

Big Boss cant decide wat to do, he points his gun at Dalitso and Chanda and back to TM

BIG BOSS

Dont move or i kill u(looking at TM)Chanda finish that fool!

As the two wrestle for the gun, it fires and Chanda fails to the ground. Dalitso points the gun at Big boss but before he could fire, big boss shots him straight through his heart.

TM kicks big boss's gun and punches him on the face but he hardly moves.

BIG BOSS

is that best you have

TM moves closer to big boss and throws some punches but big boss avoids most of them.

Big boss kicks TM he fails close to were Dalitso is laying,Big boss walks to here his gun dropped and picks it up. He turns to shot TM but TM has already picked up Dalitso's gun and he shots Big Boss in the chest and He drops to the ground. TM walks to were Big Boss is laying to make sure he is dead. Just as he turns him, he shots him in the stomach;...

BIG BOSS

you aint getting my money (he dies)

TM fails on his back and screams in pain. He drags himself to were the money is, pulls the money plastic. He gets up takes two steps and fails to the ground dead.

CLOSE UP:camera moves showing all the dead bodies

fade

EXT.SEMI THICK BUSH. morning

Guy is walking with a hole, going to the fields, he stabbles on something fails to ground, He gets up and notices that he tripped over a dead body. With fear, he walks slowly looking at the dead bodies and as he moves alone, he notices a K50ping hunging out of the pastic bag in the hands of one of the dead guys. He looks around walks closly to the money, and pulls it out if the dead man's hands. Just as he is about to check wats inside the plastic bag, the phone rings and he fear he runs into the bushes

CUT-IN:ringing cell phone on the ground.
